NBD Launches New Web Site for Blount Street Commons
Cary, NC - Net by Design, Inc., a leading web site development and hosting company in the greater Raleigh area, has launched a new web site for Blount Street Commons, an exciting new neighborhood in dowtown Raleigh. The neighborhood features new homes, townhomes, condominiums and retail along with renovated historic Raleigh homes.
The web site was designed by and in partnership with The King Partnership in Raleigh.
Also released is a sophisticated customer-management interface, which takes customer contacts from the web site and filters them into a Microsoft Sharepoint application. This application allows for management to run reports against leads, such as geographic interest, timetables, price ranges of prospects, etc. Finally, these leads may be automatically fed into the on-site sales agents' computers via a custom-written ACT! for Real Estate plugin. This plugin merges walk-in customer data with on-line interests to provide a one-stop shop for on-site agents to complete their sales efforts.
